Rental AgreementAt Malahat Nation, we understand the importance of pets in our tenants' lives and offer a pet-friendly living environment under clear guidelines. Our Tenant Pet Agreement allows up to two pets per household, ensuring they are well-cared for, remain on the property unless leashed, and do not disturb the community. This agreement includes detailed registration of pets, adherence to cleanliness and damage repair responsibilities by the tenant, and specific terms regarding pet fees and deposits.
